Cookie Policy
A short document, because the list is short: what is required to sign in, what remembers your preferences, and what is optional analytics you can decline.

- Sign-in and security storage is required - without it the product cannot keep you authenticated.
- Preferences stay in your browser and never leave it.
- Analytics is optional, only runs on public pages, and only where it is configured and consented to.
- No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no sale of what we collect.

01What we use and why
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies - local storage, session storage, and pixels - on our public website and in the platform. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains how the resulting personal information is handled.
We keep this deliberately small. Some storage is required for the product to function at all; the rest is optional and exists to tell us which parts of the product people actually use.
02Categories we set
Strictly necessary
Required to sign in, keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, remember your company and workspace context, and route requests correctly. These cannot be switched off without breaking authentication, and they are not used for analytics.
Preferences
Stored locally in your browser to remember choices such as language, layout density, and whether you have dismissed a notice. Clearing site data resets them.
Analytics (optional)
Product analytics tell us which pages and features get used and where sessions break. These load only when analytics is configured for the deployment you are using, and where consent is required they load only after you consent. They are restricted to public marketing pages and are not loaded inside authenticated product pages.

03Consent and how to change your mind
- Where consent is required for your region, non-essential storage stays inactive until you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit.
- Your choice is stored locally in your browser, which is why the banner reappears on a different browser, device, or after you clear site data.
- To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and decline when the banner reappears.
- Browser-level controls also work: you can block or delete cookies for this site, and blocking analytics scripts will not break the product. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent sign-in.
- We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for optional analytics where the browser sends them.
04Third parties
Where analytics is enabled, the providers named above process usage data as our processors under their own terms. IP anonymisation is applied where the provider supports it. Beyond those, our public pages do not embed third-party trackers, social widgets, or advertising tags.
Inside the platform, telemetry is sent to the observability backend your company configures rather than to a third party of our choosing.
05Self-managed deployments
If your company runs the platform in its own cloud subscription, analytics is off unless your administrators enable it, and any storage is set under your company’s own privacy notice rather than ours. This policy then applies only to our public website.
06Changes and contact
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a technology in the categories above; the effective date and version at the top reflect the current text. Questions, or a request for the exact list of names and durations for your deployment, go to privacy@bhogar.ai.
