Data coverage

How many systems Bhogar connects to, how much they change, and how much history you index. Coverage is the main lever on both value and cost.

Interaction volume

Questions asked, tickets triaged, and workflow steps executed each month. Volume tiers replace per-seat guessing.

Model usage

Inference through the LLM gateway. You keep provider choice and provider pricing; the gateway adds budgets, routing, and fallbacks.

Governance requirements

Residency, private networking, retention windows, SCIM, and evidence for security review all affect deployment shape.

Deployment model

Bhogar-hosted, regional, or customer-hosted (BYOC). BYOC shifts infrastructure cost to your cloud account.

How is pricing determined?

Every plan is quoted against your data coverage, interaction volume, residency requirements, and deployment model. Starter, Growth, and Enterprise differ in scale and governance, not in capability. Nothing on this page is a binding offer.

Is model inference included in the platform fee?

No. Inference is billed on the model provider side through the LLM gateway, so you keep provider choice and provider rates. The platform fee covers the platform, connectors, governance, orchestration, and ROI measurement. Budgets and per-workflow cost attribution live in Observe so spend never becomes a surprise.

What drives the biggest cost difference between plans?

Data coverage and interaction volume. A single-department pilot indexing three systems looks very different from a company-wide deployment reading fifteen systems with residency requirements and committed volume.

How quickly does the platform pay back?

That depends on your volume, handling time, and loaded labour cost - which is exactly why we publish a calculator instead of a claim. Model your own numbers on the ROI calculator; the assumptions are visible and editable. We do not publish customer results as pricing evidence.

Can we start with one team and expand later?

Yes, and it is the pattern we recommend. Connect the data one department already depends on, instrument a single ROI metric, then widen coverage. Workspaces, agents, knowledge bases, and measurement history carry forward when you move up a plan.

What happens if we exceed the included interaction volume?

Observe shows volume against your tier before it becomes a problem, and overage is handled as a tier change rather than a hard stop. We would rather move you to the right tier than throttle work in progress.

Do you support annual and monthly billing?

Billing terms follow your procurement cycle and are agreed during contracting. Talk to us for options that fit your organization.

Can we run Bhogar in our own cloud?

Customer-hosted (BYOC) deployment is available on Enterprise agreements. Infrastructure runs in your cloud account, which changes the cost structure - platform licensing from us, compute and storage from your provider.
